winmo.exe installer needs cli options for automated installation

with the new windows mobile .exe based installer, we need the option to tell it where to install and to install automated (for talos and unittests). I envision something like this: fennec*.exe --silent --location \tests\fennec --noshortcuts The --location option would determine which folder (default is \program files\fennec). The --noshortcuts flag would remove the creation of shortcuts. This is not needed for testing and could lead to cluttering up the system. This flag is more of a nice to have.
