1. Log in "https://addons.mozilla.org"
2.Go to "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addons"
3.Click "Upload a new version"
4.Click "Upload File"
4. Click "Continue"
5. Click "Add Release Notes"

Actual Results:  
The following error displayed

>You are not authorized to view this page.

I can not add release note.



Expected Results:  
No error.
