Any kind of sound that we choose in "alertas", does not works in firefox.
It is normal in IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on "alertas"
2.Choose a sound (bip for example)
3.send a message to someone, and wait for the answer...
4. when the answer comes, it should play the sound you choose, but does not happens.

Expected Results:
sound working
