It's a little bit unclear what you mean. You get a Firefox hang if you install an addon that is already installed ? Or do you mean when you get an update notificationfor the addon ? Do you get this with all addon updates ?
Summary: EXTENTION ISSUE → Extension issue
I mean that when i try to install an addon that is already installed, I click the restart button on the addons dialog and then the Firefox stucks! and i terminated from the Task Managee.
