Oops forgot the description.

In order to properly segment knowledge base bugs for support.mozillamessaging.com KB content, as per the SUMO convention, please add:
1. product for support.mozillamessaging.com
2. component "Knowledge Base Articles"

Sorry for the terseness :-)
1. product is for the Mozilla Messaging "Knowledge Base (KB)"-only deployment of  a SUMO 1.4.x instance named "SuMoMo" (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520628 )
2. component is so we can filter out / separate SuMoMo KB article bugs from other SuMoMo bugs
I'd also like to add 1 more component:
3. component called "General" for non KB stuff for SuMoMo e.g. SuMoMo config of SuMo

Rationale for 1-3: so we make the process for SuMoMo configuration and creation of KB articles directly analogous to the SuMoMo processes

Oops I meant SUMO not SuMoMo for the last bit about rationale:

These items have been created. I used descriptions similar to SUMO to make it easy to understand.
