Give the default theme a name in the extensions list

Right now, the default theme shows up in minidumps as an extension with no name, only the UUID {972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd}. This is confusing both to developers (who may mistakenly think that they've found a suspicious extension that a collection of crash reports have in common -- this actually happened to me today) and to end users (if you google that UUID you find a number of people blaming it for Firefox crashes). If it showed up as "Firefox Default Theme" instead that would be much better.

I honestly have no idea, I haven't looked at a minidump in years. Sorry. If the default theme does still appear in minidumps as an extension identified only by UUID, then I still think that should be fixed, but I could easily believe that that has changed already.
