Seems scary :-(
I'm starting to think the indexer is having issues.
It seems like this and bug 530261 have the same cause.

Paul, when you said (bug 530261 comment 2) that search results get formatted based on an offset, can you clarify that? It seems like results coming from tiki_comments need to be formatted like forum posts and results from tiki_pages need to be wiki pages, regardless of the offset.
I'm doing some math. Maybe the offsets are... off. I'll take a look, and if that's the case I'll roll up a patch today or tomorrow. I've got an idea as to what may be causing it.
I did not see this after applying the patch to bug 530668.
I think this was just the wiki equivalent of bug 530261. Fixed by 530668.
