Build Identifier: Lightning/1.0pre Thunderbird/3.0b4 ProviderGoogleCalender0.6pre
Experimental Cache seems to work OK initially in TB3.0b4 with Lightning 1.0pre, but if the remote (Google Calender) is modified (in this case by another machine running TB2 and L 0.9) then the local calender does not update. Turning off Experimental Cache and restarting TB updates the calender OK.
Also running Timeline 0.3 by Teester.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install TB3.0b4 with Lightning 1.0pre and Provider Google Calender 0.6pre
2. Connect and synch to Google Calender. Enable Experimental Cache on Provider GDATA
3. Modify Google Calender independently of TB, ie directly via Google
4. Local calender on TB will not reflect change
5. Turn off Exp Cache, and local calender will update.
Actual Results:
Remote calender does not reload to local
Expected Results:
Local calender should be synched to remote Google Cal
Timeline 0.3 by Teester
GDATA is a valuable feature of Lightning / Thunderbird, would be great if some Mozilla resources could be applied to it.

How long did you wait? The changes are not applied instantly, since there is no push mechanism. You must wait until the next sync run, which I believe is every 4 minutes.
Please enable calendar.debug.log and calendar.debug.log.verbose and check your error console.

Hi Philipp
Cannot reproduce at this point.
Behaviour is as expected.
However the earlier problem had been going on for about 2 weeks, although I had been relying on Timeline and not opening up the Calender tab (as typically I only read Google Calender data on this machine). Does it refresh in that case?
I have enabled both logs and will continue to monitor.
CalDAV: refresh completed with status 207 at https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/###########@gmail.com/events/
