Testing with FF 3.6b3 at the URL http://www.vimeo.com/7644020. My Windows Vista laptop is a Thinkpad T500. My two monitors are 1680x1050 (16:10) on my laptop screen (the primary monitor) and 2048x1152 (16:9) on my monitor, so the aspect ratios do not match. When I try to play the video at the above URL in Firefox on my laptop screen it shows up fine. When I drag the FF window to the other monitor and go to full screen, it's cropped incorrectly. It looks like their Flash player is using the aspect ratio of the laptop screen and displaying onto a 2275x1152 surface. This bug is mentioned on the Vimeo support thread at http://www.vimeo.com/forums/topic:17123#comment_1917428. I also tried using latest release of Chrome, and Flash did show correctly in full-screen using that browser. That made me suspect something in the Gecko NPAPI implementation.
When I try to play a video fullscreen on my second monitor (TV: 1360x768) I only see the upper left corner of what I assume is a 1680x1050 image, the size of my primary monitor.
It's quite possible this is our fault, however, for triage, I'm going to ask the Adobe team to look into it and explain to our team what we did wrong. Once they've explained, they can send it back here.

I'm closing a lot of bugs which are filed as Adobe Flash bugs which are either irrelevant, not actionable, or not serious enough to track in the Mozilla bug tracker. For the most part, Flash bugs should be filed in Adobe bugbase, and we'll only track a few highly-critical issues in the Mozilla tracker.
