help target windows cannot be closed in linux

install the latest netscape6 for linux. Open the security advisor and click on any glossary links. A new target window opens up. I cannot close that windows for the remainder of the session. I will have to close netscape6 to remove the window.

This actually works when using a redhad box. The problem occurs when I am logged into the redhat box from a Solaris box running Common Desktop Environment 1.3. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 56165 ***
