change "about personas" on the getting started and FAQ pages

Please change the "about personas" copy to the right of the hangers design for the following pages: 1. For Getting Started Page, change to "Welcome to Personas" (see http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/getting_started) 2. For FAQ, change to "Frequent Questions" (see http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/faq)

It looks like this will be a little redundant. The text is there as a subheader below the large red header text. The 'About Personas' is the general topic and 'Frequent Questions' is the subtopic. Think we can leave it as is?
Agreed on the redundancy for #2, but still think we should do #1. This wouldn't be a redundant message, and is more of a welcome experience than "about personas" for people that are experiencing Personas for the first time.
