Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and Install Weave onto fennec
2. Go to Options|Addons|Weave and click "Options"
3. type in text into one of the input fields
4. Mousedown and drag/pan to highlight the text

Actual Results:
The add-ons manager list vertically pans while trying to highlight text.

Expected Results:
The add-ons manager shouldn't vertically pan while trying to highlight text that is only vertically oriented.
Flags: in-litmus?
I don't think highlighting text is something we want (for now).
This is a fennec wide issue, so I'm duplicating this bug to bug 520310
