Since the "cursor" property isn't interpolatable, we can support it by simply using the (default) UnparsedString unit in nsStyleAnimation, which was added in bug 529934.

Filing this bug on enabling animation of this property on the SVG/SMIL side.

This landed a few weeks back as:
   http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/da011e555c7a
but I forgot to close the bug.  Closing now. :)
