This one is hard to explain... Loaded bugzilla in order to add my CC. When
typing my address (see attachment), the form field duplicated lower on the
screen and I could see my address appear in both text fields. This was not
enough. Thinking this is something bad, i tried another form element (drop
down). This one duplicated, remainde open and got stuck to the _screen_
(switching with alt-tab) to another application did not hide it.

Steps to Reproduce:
Didn't try to reproduce it, because that was really weird. And I do this all the
time without this happening.

Comments about the Attachment I just submitted:
I added some red on the screenshot to show the two problems
1) The drop down of the OS did not disappear. It remained on the screen, at the
same place, even if I scrolled down (what I did). It remained on the screen even
when I switched to another application. It disappeared only when I submitted the
form.
2) For no apparent reason, the Reporter,CC and Add CC fields got duplicated.
Notice that when typing something into the field, it appeared in the original
one and the duplicate one. I would say, the above one is the original one, but
the cursor appears to be in the lower one... Very weird...
