Using my 09/17/00 Win32 Mozilla debug build, I'm seeing a problem where the 
browser content area scrolls whenever I type a space into a TextArea. Use any 
bugzilla bug that can't fit in the viewable area (ie requires a scrollbar to see 
everything) as a test case.

This problem goes away if I click in another external window and then click back 
into the window containing the textarea.
Nominating for nsbeta3 and dogfood because it gets really annoying when you 
can't see what you are typing in a textarea because you always scroll.

But this is likely good old bug 35952.
