Notes from UI review

* After completing the account creation wizard, we still want to see some kind of a button to say Sync Now. Something along the lines of Time Machine will start syncing in 120 seconds....

* There isn't a sense of having accomplished something after setting up your account.

* We need to show users something that says they've successfully set up sync, but also tell them that they can close the pref pane.

* Can we show something in the status bar, so we can also introduce the menu that's available there?

* Jetpack-style notification pointing to weave UI
* Figure out something viable for the second-machine case... notification bar looks bizarre, could just do the same as above...

close window and start syncing much sooner when setting up second machine

spun off bug 532720 for the notification stuff, since I don't think it blocks.
