Attachment: A patch to add a List-Id and a text version.

I've just signed up for the weekly-updates, and chose the "immediate emails" option, but when I got two update emails, I noticed that there was no way for me to filter them on the server side, nor did they contain the text version.

So here's a patch that adds a List-Id, of the proper form, so that I'll be able to filter them.

I also believe that the cause of the missing text version is because once the HTML version is rendered, there are no events left in the stream, so this patch also creates the stream twice, and uses one for each call to render.

(Uh, I wasn't quite sure where to put this.  If there's a better place for it, please let me know.)
