I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 on Windows 7, *without* Personas installed, and in the sidebar, I see a link to "What's Personas Plus?" (http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/faq#whatispersonasplus).

That anchor doesn't exist for those users, on http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/faq.

My recommendation is to only show the link for 3.6 users.

agreed. "What is Personas Plus" links should only be displayed for 3.6 users without personas extension.

Currently clicking on 'What's Personas Plus' link actually installs the addon.

r57165 removes the link for 3.5 without the add-on and fixes the link installing the add-on.
