The current 3.0 is the release candidate. The release notes work from the help menu.

This will be resolved when the final release comes out, however, I'll keep it open for now whilst I work out how to track this.

We've temporarily fixed this with a redirect to the current release notes.

I've added a note to our final release tracking page to ensure that we set this back again.

Therefore marking this bug as fixed.
