Look at my screenshot attached.
I have some strange behaviour of one block on site I develop.
If page loaded with anchor link in url #comment-1173 strange thing apeears — breadcrumb below green WTF? banner (Главная » Новости » Пишет: Panda) is almost hidden under its container. If page loaded without anchor - all ok.
I've tried to investigate this problem and can say that it's not some application special behavior depending on anchor in url:
- HTML-codes of pages are completely identical in both cases.
- It's not Javascript handling, because I've disabled Javascript in browser and get the same.

1. It appears only in Firefox, not other browsers.
2. I've tried two OS: Windows 2008 server, Windows Vista.
3. I've tried different versions of Firefox: 3.5.5, 3.0 beta3, 2.0.0.20.
It reproducible always.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load page http://wtf.most.ua/ru/node/1126. Look at the breadcrum. That's how it should look like.
2. Load http://wtf.most.ua/ru/node/1126#comment-1173. Scroll page to the top. Breadcrumb is almost hidden.

Expected Results:
Breadcrumb should always looks like on page without anchor in url - http://wtf.most.ua/ru/node/1126
Take a look at the following bugs: Bug 345717 Bug 433375 Bug 475310. Looks like this could be the same as one or more of these issues. (In turn, some of these bugs may be duplicates of each other)
That's right, it's seems the same as 345717. But anyway, all of this bugs are very old (2006-07-24 and later) and are still UNCONFIRMED. What does this mean?
Is possible to see this issue resolved in close future?
Bug status = https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#status

IMHO...Best ways to get involved/get the issue fixed is to (from best to less effective) -> write a patch or get someone who can -> generate a reduced test case -> vote for the bug

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
The problem was that something that was 'overflow:hidden' was getting scrolled, right? If not, this shouldn't be a duplicate.
