53119 - composer doesn't launch under Classic Skin(Theme)

using 9/18 build of netscape on Mac

1) launch netscape in Classic Skin mode.
2) launch composer from Task menu

it doesn't come up.

notes: 

I ran into this today (Mac mozilla build)
I can't launch composer from the File menu in navigator or in messenger.

Also (a different bug?), I can't open mail compose window (from mailto link or 
File menu or icon in Messenger).

other platforms as well.  Then try to fix asap.

Not sure what Paul means by "real"; I see this bug on my Mac build from yesterday 
with classic skin (no problems in the other skins).  I don't see any problems on 
my Linux build from yesterday.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to 
help.
