Opening Firefox 3.6 beta series from clicking on a link in Apple Mail always opens two windows - one blank and one with the desired URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close Firefox
2. Go to Apple Mail.
3. Click on link in email.
Actual Results:
Firefox opens, with two windows - one is offset from the other and is blank; the other opens up the desired URL.

Expected Results:
Firefox should open, with one window in the saved position that opens up the desired URL.
I want to just take a moment to emphasize that the key word is "opening" - when Firefox is already open, this doesn't happen.
I have encountered this bug as well. If Firefox is not open and I use another app that results in Firefox being launched to show a URL, two windows appear.
I see this same behavior when opening links from within Seesmic Desktop. If Firefox is already open, it opens a new tab. I Firefox is closed, 2 individual windows open - one is my default home page, the other is the requested page. Mac OSX 10.6.2 and Firefox 3.6 b5
I see the same behaviour as described in comment #2 and comment #3. This is on Snow Leopard 10.6.2 as well as Leopard 10.5.8
Am still seeing this in Firefox 3.6 Release Candidate 2
