Details

Right now, if you start over with the same machine, we end up with duplicate entries.  I think we should replace a client record if we get an exact match for the generated client name.  We should also cull clients that are out of date.

This really matters for us with the UI for the wipeRemote case.

Get rid of persistent storage for clients and tabs to always fetch fresh records. 

The server will remove old untouched records.
