The recently closed tabs / windows menu in the history menu is greyed out and non-functional in the 3.6b4pre. Also the Ctrl+Shift+T combination doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the menu bar click history
2.recently closed tabs and recently closed windows is empty and greyed out
or
1. open a new tab and load a website
2. close the tab
3. press ctrl+shift+T
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The Recently closed tabs menu should open and present a list of restorable tabs or the tab should be restored immediately
