Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b4) Gecko/20091124 Firefox/3.6b4
When I goto Tools> Add-ons, Firefox freezes and it has the yellow bar that says restart Firefox, but I can't click it because it's froze. I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete andclose Firefox that way.
Reproducible: Always

Does this also happen in safe-mode / with a new profile?

Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
No. After I had tried it in Safe Mode, It sems to work for now in normal mode. But everytime I restart and goto the Add-ons place in Firefox, the yellow bar is still there that says to restart Firefox. Does it everytime and it only appears to be in the add-on window. None of my add-ons work sinc eI've updated to beta 4.

So you don't see this problem in safe-mode? In that case it could be caused by an extension. Please read http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
I sort of have this problem where none of my addons or themes show up but they are working inside firefox, I just cant' see them in the addons page.
