User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 GTB5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 GTB5 I've unchecked the automatic upgrade feature in the options, advanced menu but it doesn't seem to matter. I'm happy with the older version and it's addons......do not like wasting my time looking for similar replacements, for starters, secondly, I like the older version because it's so much simpler and reliable. When you automatically upgraded my FF, I lost all my cookies for my most important bookmarks. You need to provide a rollback feature when you do an unsolicited upgrade. Forcing me to use something will NOT gain my loyalty to your product! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.No idea what you're talking about here 2. 3. Actual Results: likewise Expected Results: dunno When I uncheck the automatic upgrade feature the damned thing should work. This is almost as bad as Microsoft!
First, what version were you running before you upgraded? What did you upgrade to? I think you need go to support. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/. They can help you better.
Reporter, please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later in a fresh profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Also update your plugins (flash, adobe reader, java, quicktime, silverlight, etc/) Go to the developer's website and download the latest version from there.
