Joe checked in stuff to improve the look of this window but it doesn't seem to have taken, at least not in the 09/18 optimised builds. Trees are still showing too many levels of border (addressbook list tree, card list tree), icons are missing from the toolbar buttons and the card information area is showing up nearly unstyled.

I'm not seeing any of the aforementioned anomalies in my tree. I am, however, seeing other minor flaws that need to be corrected. I'll be checking in these fixes soon.
