In the find bar at the bottom (Ctrl+F).
The "Previous" button has an icon of an arrow pointing upwards, and "Next" has an arrow pointing down.
When pressed, the "Previous" arrow still points up, but the "Next" one points up.
This is in Ubuntu Linux.
Reproducible: Always

I do not see the same problem on Windows. I also noticed that in Linux "Previous" is on the left while on Windows "Next is on the left side". That difference is reported in #511403 and might be related to this.

It appears to be fixed now. I am using the Classic Compact theme, and indeed, it was probably a bug there that has been fixed now.
