As discussed with mkanat on IRC, that's not something I want. Having the product and component at the end of the title means it will mostly never be displayed, unless you are viewing the bug itself, in which case this information is already available in the bug. If we want to see them from tabs, then it should be at the beginning of the title, but in this case you would loose precious information in tabs (i.e. the bug ID). So there is no case where this enhancement is really useful -> WONTFIX.
