User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 I was able to log in to the system and it pulled up all my current courses, but when I tried to click on one of them, it would crash every time. I imagine this has to do with the Java platform. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Log in to Blackboard with proper credentials. 2.List of courses will appear, choose one. 3.After selecting a course, the crash screen appears Actual Results: An unexpected system exception has occurred. Please try to log out and log back in. Expected Results: Opened up the course I selected.

Can you provide a crash id or stacktrace? https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report Is your Java plugin up to date? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Can you login successfully with another browser? Likely the same issue as Bug 527944
