When I use Win Xp and Firefox then goes to Wikipedia Site my pc istantly Freezes.

I use Win Xp sp2, I try to disable all (firewall, antivirus, etc) PLZ HELP! p.s. It happens not only with Wikipedia but with other sites... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start win xp 2.start firefox 3.open wikipedia page ------> FREEZE!!! Actual Results: FREEZE!!! Expected Results: normally it doesn't freeze my pc ! freeze.
It sounds like you have some incompatible software installed (maybe even malware). If you have addons you could try in "safe mode" (disables addons) and see if that fixes it, but otherwise I think you're going to need help from the forum folks at http://support.mozilla.com or some similar venue to narrow down the possible causes.

Firefox can not freeze your system because it's a usermode application. Firefox itself can freeze but not the whole OS.
