One more bug we have to fix for localized search:
Right now, list.txt is handled like the .xml files, that is, it's picked up from en-US first. Doh, how did we miss that?
FIX: Make list.txt be handled like other content files in AB_CD.jar, and just extra the .xml files.

put list.txt into jar.mn like the other regular l10n files, just .xml in tmp-search.jar.mn
