undoCmd.key and redoCmd.key are sort of tricky localized entities, because the only time they should ever be changed for a locale is if localized versions of operating systems use something other than Z and Y (or Z and shift+Z for Linux/Mac) for that locale, which they apparently never do, so even though you have to localize them in three different files for Thunderbird, you never want to change them.

In http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.9.1/source/sr/mail/chrome/messenger/addressbook/abMainWindow.dtd?mark=42,45#42 they should be the same Z and Y that they are in utilityOverlay.dtd for the main window, and messengercompose.dtd for the compose window.
