When going back online, the mail client fails to retrieve my IMAP mail. The activity log shows multiple errors "STORE Cannot Remove $MDNSent". First of all, don't paste long data to bug. FLAGS (\Flagged \Seen \Answered \Deleted \Draft \*)] Permanent flags No $MDNSent, and \*(arbitary keyword can be created). So, your IMAP sever says that RFC3503 is not supported. If no RFC3503 support, I think your IMAP server should treat $MDNSent as an arbitary keyword defined by RFC3501 (IMAP4rev1). Tb possibly considers $MDNSent is an arbitary keyword defined by RFC3501 (IMAP4rev1). Your server probably treats $MDNSent as flag defined by RFC3503 upon "store -Flag ($MDNSent)", even though your IMAP server says "no RFC3503 support".
