Attachment: Handle thunderbird release notes in patcher-config-bump.pl

Since we've been running our own things, I've come up across one little bit of logic that still creates a hard-coded link to www.mozilla.com in release/patcher-config-bump.pl.

Since SeaMonkey already has an exception in there, I am attaching a small patch to handle thunderbird the same way.

There was a single '}' missing, caused bustage on Thunderbird 3.0.1, so I pushed the fix right away.
