Details
I moved bug 532394 from the Bugzilla product to the mozilla.org product. Upon moving it I was told on an interstitial page that the "bugzilla-security" group was not valid for the mozilla.org product, and offered additional groups to pick. I checked the box for "webtools-security", and submitted.
The bug was removed from bugzilla-security, but was NOT added to webtools-security, and wound up open to the public (and announced on IRC that I had moved it, with the summary).
