http://www.comcast.net/ itself works with SeaMonkey, it had not before, but when trying to navigate to one of the other sites listed on the left side of the page, the browser redirects to the above URL and gets stuck.  To stop, the STOP icon must be repeatedly selected before the connections will stop.

Will work on SeaMonkey 2.0, with the User Agent Switcher add-on and Firefox/3 added to the SeaMonkey user agent string.
Users should not be forced into modifying the User Agent by any means, in order to see a specific web site...

The redirect loop referenced has not occurred in some time now, however their site still displays the browser upgrade page.
Site has changed. Working with SeaMonkey UA.
