When I go to the homepage and click on the login line I am sent to http://www.intramed.net/log.asp. I see the enter "entrar" button. Does the issue still exist for you in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles?s=profile
