Repeated attempts to download and/or install this Add-on result in a File not found error on the server. This has been a problem for at least a week.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
File not found

Expected Results:  
Download and/or install of XPI file.
I click "add to firefox"  and get https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/file/72179/isadmin-2.2-fx+tb+sm-win.xpi which works fine.  This was probably a transient issue.
