533191 - Addon isn't added/removed properly via Add-On Collector (software)

Steps:
A) Install Add-On Collector 1.04
B) Open Add-ons Windows. Select an existing addon. Press "Publish to collection".
C1) If it doesn't include in that collection you may try to add it.
C2) If it has included in some collection you may try to remove it.

Problems:
1. The addon isn't correctly shown in the Add-on Collector -> Publish to collection list. The removed addon still has a check mark in the old collection group. Similar problems for added addon too.
2. Try to browse the collection via the Add-on Collector (software) dialog. See if the removed addon is still there (or added addon is still not there).
3. The addon count is messed up. Addon added via Add-on Collector doesn't increase the total count, vice versa.
4. The addon count can't be corrected. You may want to remove the improperly added addon and add that addon again via addons.mozilla.org website. However this won't correct the addon count. The wrong count is still showing.
5. There are bugs when you add/remove it later via addons.mozilla.org website. It also messes up the count.

To fix this problem make sure you should:
1. Fix the bug which messes up when you add/remove add-on via Add-On Collector (software).
2. Fix the existing counts which **have been already** messed up due to this bug, perhaps a code to re-calculate the total count next time you update your collection.
