User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.0 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/3.0.195.32 Safari/532.0 Build Identifier: Summary: I think Thunderbird should have a auto-filter creation mechanism whereby filters are automatically created based on existing contents in a folder. Details: When a folder gets filled with X amount of messages (say 30 msgs). Then something triggers to analyse it's contents to see if all messages are from the same sender or have the same subject and then prompt the user, in a non-intrusive manner, whether they "want to automatically create a filter to filter all messages from "Bob" into this folder." And of course provide details on how to reverse this action. In addition, the user should also be able to right-click on that folder to invoke the same action. "Create auto-filters by... sender, subject". Reproducible: Always
