steps to reproduce:
1.Upload a new mozilla-hosted addon(i uploaded a search engine)
2.After upload.click "Edit add-on" link.
3.Set a category,provide descriptions and save
4.Click on "Change status" link
5.Notice the status of the required conditions to move the addon to sandbox
observed behavior:
Even though all the required values have been updated,their updated status is not reflected in the "Change status" page.This stops the user from moving their addons to the sandbox
