533553 - [AMO] Update addons.mozilla.org on Dec 9th

Description

This is a production AMO push for 5.4.  Steps are below, please paste the
output of all commands into this bug.  Steps to follow:

1) Run the attached SQL.  This is taking a long time so I'll attach it in a bit.

2) Add the OMNITURE_ACCOUNT define to the config

3) `svn up` the sphinx conf (wherever it lives.  chizu?)

4) `svn up` addons.mozilla.org.  Look for local changes first, and `svn revert -R` first if you need to.

5) Update services.addons.mozilla.org with `svn up`

6) Restart apache to pick up gettext changes

7) Clear all caches (Zeus, memcache, local cake cache) on both AMO and SAMO.

I still need to tag the site so this bug is serving as advanced notice for now.

Is there a list of the bugs that supposedly went into this? This was supposed to fix searching self hosted addons, but it is still not working.

Of course there are; if you search Bugzilla for the "5.4" milestone for AMO, you'll find them.  Which self-hosted add-on are you searching for, and what's your search criteria/URL?

I was searching for suns (Phoenix Suns) and it is working as of this morning, so it must have been a mirror/propagation issue - sorry for the false alarm
