From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; m17) Gecko/20000807 BuildID: 2000080712 The above URL points to a Sports Illustrated page that has an image viewer to expore the Sydney Olympic venues. The zoom buttons don't work with Mozilla, but they do with Netscape 4.7 and MSIE 5. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. If you don't have it already, get the TerraExplorer app from http://www.skylinesoft.com/TerraExplorer/downloadlogin.html It's less than 1 MB and a very quick install. 2. Go to http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/olympics/2000/3d_venues/index.html You should see an overhead image of the Olympic Stadium in Sydney in a viewer app with Zoom buttons at the bottom. 3. Try to use the zoom buttons Actual Results: Zoom buttons non-functional Expected Results: Clicking on the zoom buttons should cause the image to reload at a new resolution. Compare to Netscape 4.7 or MSIE 5. From the page with the viewer app, click on the "3D Flight over Sydney" link. From Netscape or IE, this will start a simulated flight over Sydney, or, if TerrExplorer has not been installed, it will take you to the download page for TerraExplorer. In Mozilla, it takes you to the download page even though TerraExplorer has been installed. So maybe Mozilla doesn't recognize that TerraExplorer has been installed. BUT it DOES at least load the image in the viewer app after TerraExplorer has been installed...
