I'm not sure how this has happened but everytime I access Google through firefox the whole system hangs. I have tried SAfe Mode, I have tried deleting & reinstalling Firefox but the problem persists. I have no way of contacing Google, my malware & McFee tells me I don't have a virus etc. but I am completely LOST. When I have to restart Firefox I get the message that you are sorry and this shouldn't happen but you can't reinstall the existing session. I don't want to - I simply want to be able to use (hopefully Google) in Firefox!!!!
Desperate!!!!

Your system hangs or Firefox hangs only ?
Do you got the special safemode startup dialog ?

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
