tryed but no changes. I've still in the console the message:

and no mail are received.
Ok can you try to just reinstall thunderbird ?

Nothing. Removed and reintalled.

SO it doesn't work better right ? Can you check your personnal firewall ?

is still not working. 
with the previous version was fine.

So i don't think the firewall is involved. 
Can you translated the error message ?
Error message says that The call in mailWindowOverlay.js around line 2316 wasn't successful !

your situation is indeed bad, but "Critical=crashes, loss of data, severe memory leak". lowering severity doesn't mean people wont' care about it ... it just puts it in a different bucket.  further info at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#importance

I solved the problem. 
I think that during the installation the account definitin was not correctly transferred.
I created another account and then the old account start working. 
then I removed the new account.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
