When we load a 28 day top crashers by url report, we want to graph individual signatures. We probably want to graph 2x the current window for context.

Currently in production we graph a 7 day window as this was performant, but this bug is to increase this to larger windows like 120 data points over 56 days (2 months).

In development, I was running into issues where my CURL time of 30 seconds wasn't long enough for the calls.

I have recoded parts of TopCrashBySignatureTrends and TopCrashBySignatureTrends for caching some dims data to simplify or eliminate joins.  I've also added a more refined index to the 'top_crashes_by_signature' table to assist. 

This is ready to be merged into the trunk. Therefore, I'm also marking this back to Target Milestone 1.3

I have another trick up my sleeve to increase performance, but I'm still experimenting with it.
