Using today's verification bits on Linux

./netscape -mail
login to IMAP inbox
Select EKrock's message to sealeads
click on link to HTML copy of PRD
<A browser window may appear.>
Expected result : URL loaded into window
Actual result: app windows replaced by talkback window, console says:
Error loading URL http://client/gecko/embed/EmbedGecko.html: 804b0002
severity->critical, +crash keyword.  ->paw, since this is comm bits.

is this still a problem in the latest nightlies? If not we should close this 
bug.
This bug also appears in WinME 0.9.1-milestone build.
This bug still occurs in win32 0.9.2-milestone.

regarding Bug "53378".
This bug disappeared in Build ID "2001091303" for Win32!!
Is this still a problem with latest builds available at
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ 

If so, then we should send this to a more meaningful component.


Bug doesn't occur from Build-ID "2001091303" to "2001101117" on Win32 (does
occur in < "2001091303"; no later builds tested than "2001091303").
I would mark this worksforme following the above comments, however the original
bug report was on Linux.
Could someone check this on Linux with a recent nightly?

I have not seen it lately, so it may work, but then I haven't read the message
that caused it in the last 16 months.  Did QA every try to reproduce it?
I no longer have the mail message but I created an email and pasted the link
http://client/gecko/embed/EmbedGecko.html into the message and was able to click
the link and read the document on my Linux box using build 2002030521.  

It took a while to load the doc but it did not crash.
