That's done by the the OpenDNS from your ISP - it redirects the DNS query for "personas" (done by Firefox to see if that domain exists), and gives back a result. Without OpenDNS, Firefox would have received an error, and then it would have retried using Google's "I'm feeling lucky" search, then taken the first result, and then you would have been redirected to www.getpersonas.com.
