Steps to reproduce:
 
1) Visit http://damon.sicore.com/ChasKite.html
2) Black lines appear in the image.  If you don't see horizontal black lines, do a refresh.  If you resize the browser the lines go away, but on refresh you will see new ones.

I think we've had this for a long time. Has it gotten worse in 3.6?

Also, the compare the perf on loading the html page as compared to just loading the image directly where it's scaled as well, just without the markup/style:

Big diff in perf (i.e., sucks when using html).

Not sure why this is in Core Graveyard? Also, unless we get confirmation that this is new in Firefox 3.6, I don't think it blocks. Damon: can you renominate if you confirm it's a regression?
